Refund and Termination Policy

Upon successful payment of Subscription Fees by the Service Provider towards the Subscription Plan and the same is credited and acknowledged by LogisticsKart, the subscription of the Service Provider to the Services on the Website as per the Subscription Plan opted by him, shall be deemed to have started and the Service Provider shall not be entitled to cancel its registration / Subscription Plan towards such Services. Except in accordance with this Refund and Termination Policy, the Service Provider shall not be entitled to claim any refunds towards the amounts paid in lieu of the Subscription Fees already paid under any Subscription Plan, irrespective of whether he avails the Services during the term of such subscription or not.

Consequence of cancellation of work assignment by Service Receiver

  • In case a Service Receiver cancels a work assignment before accepting the quotes provided by Service Providers on grounds of “order cancellation” or “modification of order”, LogisticsKart shall reinstate the credit charged for that enquiry for all Service Providers that have received the enquiry
  • In case a Service Receiver cancels a work assignment after accepting the quotes provided by Service Providers, LogisticsKart shall reinstate the credit charged for that enquiry for the Service Provider whose quote has been accepted.
  • It is abundantly clarified that, in this instance, Service Provider shall not be entitled to any monetary refund of the subscription amount and shall only be eligible for a corresponding credit into Service Provider’s Account.

Termination Policy

LogisticsKart reserves the right to, with or without notice, suspend or terminate Service Provider’s subscription and / or registration if Service Provider breaches the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy of the Website. LogisticsKart may also suspend or terminate Service Provider’s subscription if LogisticsKart is prevented from providing Services to the Service Provider by circumstances beyond the control of LogisticsKart.

Service Provider may notify LogisticsKart about the intention to discontinue or cancel the Services at any time by writing to customercare@logisticskart.com. To enable LogisticsKart to terminate the Account, Service Provider should provide LogisticsKart with Complete Name of Entity (as was in the registration form), Email address and Contact number clearly written out.

This Refund and Termination Policy shall be read with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of LogisticsKart.

The defined terms shall have the meaning so assigned to them in Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of LogisticsKart.

Consequence of Termination

In case the Service Provider terminates his Account on the Website, LogisticsKart will refund the subscription balance lying to the credit of Service Provider’s Account subject to a deduction of 25% (twenty-five percent) of the balance as termination administration charges.
